With over 30 years of serving the Johnstown area as a family physician and hospice director, Dr. Richard Kastelic is dedicated to creating a home that is centered around every patient's happiness and well-being by providing first-class care in a modern facility.
The vision of Horizons Personal Care was developing an affordable continuing care retirement community - nestled in the beautiful mountains of Western Pennsylvania - to further meet the needs of our community.
